1:1 session – effective and relevant exercises will be selected & delivered in order to achieve your goal, whether that be injury prevention, strengthening, body fat reduction or toning. Instruction is provided by a friendly and approachable exercise professional. Please note that at this time, all sessions are being delivered remotely, online via Zoom whilst a new private studio is being planned!

Why not train with a buddy? We can provide outdoor personal training sessions for pairs at a reduced hourly price (as of 3rd December 2020).
