Returning from September 2020!
A 30 minute online exercise class designed to improve core & lower back strength.
Each 30 minute class consists of 3 sets of 6 bodyweight exercises – 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest, with a 1 minute recovery between sets. A warm-up, cool down and stretches are also delivered.
Classes are delivered online using the Zoom application which you will require in order to participate. No equipment is required, although an exercise mat is recommended for your comfort.
