The focus is on obtaining micronutrients (vitamins & minerals) and macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate & fat) from natural food sources as well as providing recipe ideas and advice on cooking healthy meals and snacks.
Following a consultation, the client will complete and provide a 7 day food diary which shows their typical weekly diet.
This information will be analysed and advice will be provided on ways to improve the quality of foods within the diet.
