Nutrition plan


Following a consultation, the client will complete and provide a 7 day food diary which shows their typical weekly diet as well as their current weight, waist and height measurements.

This information will be analysed and a nutrition plan will be formulated to assist with your goal.

The focus will be on obtaining micronutrients (vitamins & minerals) and macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate & fat) from natural food sources as well as providing recipe ideas and advice on cooking healthy meals and snacks.

A bespoke written nutrition plan which takes into account your current eating habits, lifestyle and weight goal.
