Access to all of our weekly 30 minute online exercise classes throughout the month.
Plyometrics: Mondays 18:30-19:00
Legs: Thursdays 18:30-19:00
Core: Fridays 07:15-07:45
Each 30 minute class consists of 3 sets of 6 exercises – 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest, with a 1 minute recovery between sets. A warm-up, cool down and stretches are also delivered.
Classes are delivered online using the Zoom application which you will require in order to participate.
