Outdoor personal training – 1 to 1


A one hour session instructed be a friendly and approachable exercise professional.

Sessions are designed with your goals in mind and consist of safe, enjoyable and effective exercises.

Exercises will asssit with injury/falls prevention, body fat reduction, toning and strengthening of targeted areas.

Outdoor 1 to 1 bespoke designed personal training sessions to improve your strength and fitness.

Sessions take place in Forest Row, East Sussex.

Please note that this service is available again from Wednesday 13th May 2020 in line with the latest UK Government guidance for personal trainers and coaches.
