Returning from September 2020 (please note that there will not be a class on Monday 7th September).
A 30 minute online exercise class designed to improve agility, balance & coordination as well as leg strength.
Each 30 minute class consists of 3 sets of 6 bodyweight exercises – 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest, with a 1 minute recovery between sets. A warm-up, cool down and stretches are also delivered.
Classes are delivered online using the Zoom application which you will require in order to participate. No equipment is required, although an exercise mat is recommended for your comfort.
