Running coaching – online


Weekly running coaching provided remotely.

Taking into account current and past training levels as well as your current mileage, average running pace & heart rate.

A weekly, microcycle plan will be sent out before the beginning of each week detailing the training for the week ahead.

Feedback from athlete to coach on a Sunday will be taken into account and the following week’s training scheduled accordingly.
