Outdoor running coaching – 1 to 1


Suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced runners.

Sessions will focus on breathing, technique and stride patterns (cadence) and how these can contribute to a more efficient running style, improvements in pace and injury prevention.

A variety of different tried and tested interval training methods will be used, inluding hills, fartlek (speed play), pyramids and fixed repititions. The importance of including tempo runs, recovery runs and long runs in a training plan will also be conveyed to the client.

Outdoor 1 to 1 running coaching provided by a UK Athletics qualified Endurance running Coach.

Sessions takes place in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
