Outdoor running coaching – 1 to 1


Suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced runners.

Sessions will focus on breathing, technique and stride patterns (cadence) and how these can contribute to a more efficient running style, improvements in pace and injury prevention.

A variety of different tried and tested interval training methods will be used, inluding hills, fartlek (speed play), pyramids and fixed repititions. The importance of including tempo runs, recovery runs and long runs in a training plan will also be conveyed to the client.

Outdoor 1 to 1 running coaching provided by a UK Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness.

Sessions takes place in Forest Row, East Sussex.

Please note that this service is available again from Wednesday 13th May 2020 in line with the latest UK Government guidance for personal trainers and coaches.
