Running Coaching

Training Plan

1 to 1 running coaching – each session with Joe will include a warm-up, cool down and stretches with the main session consisting of either flat running intervals, hill repeats or fartlek (speed play). These tried and tested training approaches will help to improve strength, stamina, speed and endurance as well as running technique and form.

Online running coaching – taking into account current and past training levels as well as your current mileage, average running pace & heart rate. A microcycle plan will be sent out before the beginning of each week detailing the training for the week ahead. Feedback from athlete to coach on a Sunday will be taken into account and the following week’s training scheduled accordingly. Includes free* Q&A.

Training Plan

Running training plans – we will design a bespoke plan to help you train efficiently for your goal race distance based around your weekly commitments and current training level. The plan will see you peak in time for your race and help you towards achieving your goal.

Plans can be written for 5km or 10km (8 weeks), Half Marathon (12 weeks) and Marathon (16 weeks).

Group runs – in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells (Kent) and Forest Row (East Sussex) offered via RTW runners (our RunTogether group).

Group fitness classes – outdoor circuit style classes using a variety of bodyweight exercises which focus on improving speed, strength and conditioning for runners and non-runners alike.
