You may have heard the term, “it takes 21 days to build or break a habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle”. Therefore, if you want to make exercise a foundation within your life (and why wouldn’t you?!), please note that it won’t feel like second nature until about the 90-day mark.
I am offering new clients the opportunity to work with me for 90 days. This program will include an initial 1 hour consultation plus 12, hourly 1:1 sessions for the price of £399. This is the equivalent of £30 per session, a saving of almost £70*. If you don’t want to train alone, then I am also offering the same program for pairs for the price of £699 (just £349.50 per person).
In addition to the hourly sessions, I will also provide support and advice throughout the program to assist with your day to day life, including nutrition advice and tips on adding more activity into your life which will assist with transforming your body and mind into one which is both stronger and more healthy.
Remember, slow and steady wins the race. Persistent, consistent and steady progress, even if it is “slow“, will produce better long-term results than rushing to achieve something as the latter can result in mistakes (including injury and illness) or may prove unsustainable.
